Rendering in After Effects
- Rendering is the creation of the frames of a movie from a composition. The rendering of a frame is the creation of a composited two-dimensional image from all of the layers, settings, and other information in a composition that makes up the model for that image. The rendering of a movie is the frame-by-frame rendering of each of the frames that make up the movie.
- There are two main ways to render (export) your movie
- Full quality - Render Que
- This is a must for good file management!
- Save the After Effects project in it's own folder
- Gather all Asset file File=>Dependencies=>Collect Files
- Choose All in the dialog and then collect
- Navigate to the folder where your project is saved and save
- That way you avoid the Missing file rainbow
