- After Effects is the "Photoshop" of video editing. You'll never look at video the same again. It is the best tool for special effects
- Flash(animate) used to offer the most efficient video compression (see YouTube), but there are now other formats to keep up with html 5 (mp4 (h.264, ogv)

- 720 lines scan lines
- With web banners the aspect ratio can be anything
- *Note...this is confusing so let me explain -
- Animate used to be the program Flash, however it can output .swf files which are still called Flash
- Animate generates HTML5 or Flash (ActionScript 3)
