Its time to upgrade our brewing system. We recently switched over to all grain and 5 gallon batches are not cutting it. So much time invested just for 5 gallons. We have decided to move up to 10 gallon batches. One way to do this is to have a brew rig with three kegs that have been converted to a hot liquor tank, mash tun and boil kettle. We want to share our experience along the way building the rig. What works, what did not work and eventually show you the end result.
