• Find a hosting service and a domain service
  • Can be the same company, but not neccessarily
  • Examples:
    • GoDaddy (for Domain services)
    • Hostek.com (for coldfusion hosting and domain)
    • Bluehost (recommended for Wordpress sites)
  • If domain is separate then you have to connect through DNS configuration (in the control panel) Can be a headache!
• Hosting service will send you a ftp address, username and password - don't lose these!
  • Use these in the advance tab in the site definition interface under "Remote info"
  • create the .ste file...you'll be glad you did!
  • You can now manage you're files through the file manager locally and remotely.
